What’s it good for?
Your sport-specific training is designed around your sport. Looking at the movements and muscles required in your activities, and applying strength and conditioning to those areas to maximise your potential, reduce your chance of injury and improve overall performance.
What to expect?
Once you arrive at Rebel Rebel you will meet with your Rebel coach and discuss your needs, the areas you feel are your strengths and weaknesses and any past and present injuries.
Your coach will look at your range of motion, perform a functional screening test and complete some exercises.
From here you will be given access to the Rebel Rebel App where you will be able to find your program written for you by your coach, this will include training to be completed inbetween coaching sessions.
