What to expect?
Upon completing your intake forms, your first PT taster session is an introduction to your new Rebel Rebel coach. Get to know them in the 60 minute sessions, ask as many questions as you like, find a common ground. Talk about your fitness history and any injuries. Start to sculpt a future and let our coaches put the personal touch to your fitness goals.
Upon completing a taster session, your new personal trainer will construct and develop an individual realistic program for you to complete over the coming weeks. Working towards your goals and targets.
The personal training sessions will be coached in Rebel Rebel’s private studio suite. Fully equipped professional gym with 3 olympic lifting platforms and state of the art cardiovascular equipment.
Each coaching session will be constructed with you the Rebel client in mind. To help you stay motivated, fill you confidence, provide professional coaching and keep you accountable in your new routine
