What to expect?
Upon completing your intake forms, your first Coaching taster session is an introduction to your new Rebel Rebel coach. Get to know them in the 60 minute sessions, ask as many questions as you like, find a common ground. Talk about your fitness history and any injuries. Start to sculpt a future and let our coaches put the personal touch to your strength goals.
Upon completing a taster session, your new boxing coach will construct and develop an individual realistic program for you to complete over the coming weeks. Working towards your fitness goals and targets.
The boxing sessions will be coached in Rebel Rebel’s private studio suite. Fully equipped professional gym with the boxing equipment we need for a boxing workout.
Each coaching session will be constructed with you the Rebel client in mind. To help you stay motivated, fill your confidence, provide professional coaching and keep you accountable in your new routine
All ages and abilities are able welcome to book a boxing session.
Our boxing coaches are passionate about your fitness, strength and well being. You’ll enjoy spending time with these Rebel Rebel professionals.
All of our coaches are nationally competitive within their chosen sports, and have competed in the ring.
